Smart Thermostats

Are you looking for the easiest way to decrease your energy costs? If so, then you should consider installing a Smart Thermostat. Did you know utilizing a Smart Thermostat in your home can save you up to 15% on you energy costs? These intelligent devices allow you to heat and cool your home how you want and when you want. It uses its scheduling capabilities and contains wireless sensors that monitor your homes temperature. It also monitors your homes humidity to help control your entire homes temperature.

Having control over your thermostat and being able to schedule when your heating and cooling system turns on and off, cuts down pointless energy consumption. Smart thermostats have the ability to be programmed for certain times and functions.

In homes with multiple thermostats, the thermostats have the ability to communicate with each other to better regulate the homes temperature. By communicating, the thermostats work together to move hot and cool air between rooms and effectively lowers energy used. In addition to also having the capability to communicate with other thermostats, some Smart systems may also connect to the Web to gain information on topics such as the latest trends in energy costs.

Smart thermostats also show homeowners when their peak hours of energy costs are. Some energy companies or suppliers charge extra when appliances are used during these key hours of the day. By knowing when this time of the day is, you will be able to have more control over your energy bills.

Although Smart Thermostats may run expensive on the price scale they are well worth the savings over time. Contact the experts at CJS Heating for more information on installing a Smart Thermostat  for your central heating and air system in your home!
